WISH OF DHANTERAS FROM THE FAMILY OF ‘ONLY PROFIT’

Today, we are on an auspicious festive period of Dhanteras – first day to mark the festival of Diwali, all over India. ‘Dhanvantari’ (God of Ayurveda) is worshipped on the occasion of Dhanteras – thus the Indian Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH), announced its decision to observe the day of Dhanteras, also as ‘National Ayurveda Day’, which was first observed on 28^th October 2016. According to Mythology, Devi Dhanvantari emerged during ‘Samudra Manthana’, holding a pot full of Amrita (a nectar bestowing immortality) in one hand and the sacred text about Ayurveda in the other hand. This day is also considered an auspicious occasion for buying gold, silver, other metals, especially kitchenware.
